from from this image (courtesy of Sibertron.com), i'd understand why: becoz compared to everyone else, BB's the smallest Transformer (vehicular mode anyways) and probably scalable enough to be built 1/1-size, innit? and those Decepticons are sure big-a$$-mofos! *schweet*
